[lazarus] TMemo's onchange event

Can someone look at the onchange event for the TMEmo class? if you
uncomment the procedure ASSIGNOWNEVENTS in the TMEmo.Create procedure in
stdcontrols.pp and you type something in the memo it crashes, so for now
it's commented out.
