[lazarus] String Addition FCL Problem "Call off the dogs"

Michael,

Take a look at lazaruside.pp starting at line 100.  It looks as though a
FILE CLOSE is supposed to start the compiler.  I see some hard coded paths
that do not match my own.  That's all I have time for today.
