[lazarus] COMPILER: GO32 in linux ??

When making in ./fcl the target is set to GO32, however I've exported
OS_TARGET=linux

When looking at the ./fcl/linux/Makefile you'll find:

#####################################################################
# Default target
#####################################################################

override OS_TARGET:=go32v2
override CPU_TARGET:=i386

???????

Is this OK? it seems a bit strange to me
