[lazarus] Web pages and downloads

And *I* just tried www.freepascal.org and got a big 404 error message (This
is as of 9:05 a.m. PDT, from Sacramento, CA on 11/18/1999), so you *might*
want to find out why www.freepascal.org cannot be seen but, by *my* ISP,
www.lazarus.freepascal.org *CAN* be seen.
