[lazarus] Cranking back up!

I just reloaded my big box with a fresh copy of Open Caldera 2.3 "trying it
just for kicks".

I am going to load up Free Pascal and Grab the latest Lazarus source and
jump into it with both feet running. Going on a recreational code vacation
on monday and plan on working lazarus code 16 hrs a day.

First task getting scroll bars working.
