[lazarus] update: Win32 GTK Error

Recompiling for Win32 (changing the define in Interfaces.pp) also gives
this error.  Is there a new platform dependency since the last I built
lazarus (3-4 weeks?).

When I try to run Lazarus.exe I get the following error window:

Title ---->   Error Starting Program
Text ---->   The LAZARUS.EXE file is linked to a missing export
GTK-1.3.DLL:gtk_widget_get_name.

I have tried both the 6/29/99 GTK-1.3.DLL and the 8/28/99 GTK-1.3.DLL.

Any clues?
