[lazarus] I have the example program hello world compiling using LCL and QT

Hi all,

  I just got done compiling hello world running under my new QT Widget
Engine.  I am still not quite ready to commit the code.  "Missing Events"

I was able to port that in about a hour so our generic messaging interfaces
are perfectly in sync. The only thing I need now is WinProc which is what my
library event engine was designed for.

Well cya I am going back to the QT Engine code to finish up TBitmap.
