So you can just turn it on or off.  Un-stretchy is so boring that for it not
to be at least an optional behaviour of the default container widget means
they must have some container algorithms I can't even begin to imagine.

I don't like it much their either.

I *do* like the Delphi 4 anchors, tho'; and happily it is set on a
per-control basis and not per-container.
