[lazarus] Web pages updates

Greetings,

I have updated the components page on the web site. I have also added
the Lazarus Button on each of the index pages so that others can
download it and place it on their web sites. The more links the more
interest.

We also now have a Czech version of the web pages available. If anyone
is interested in making other translations I would welcome it.
