Hi,

some changes
   * Updated examples makefile
      Forgot that one with the last makefile updates

   * Reviewd the notebook example
      The notebook example didn't compile anymore becouse
      of the missing TTabbedNotebook. I can remeber we
      discussed this. Now only notebooks are shown.
      The example shows still som problems, the sizing and
      alignment is not OK

   + Added Listbox example (crashes on startup)
      When I looked in the example dit a saw a listboxtest
      example, it worked OK. I added it to the makefile, did
      a rebuild --> example dumps.
      We have to look at this
