[lazarus] Double Clicks

The GTK buttonpress and butonrelease events have a flag indicating a double 
(or triple) mouseclick. For now we aren't using this flag, but it is easy 
to add to mouseup/down event handlers. I wanted to look at it tonight but 
will do tomorrow.
