[lazarus] Can't make examples on win32

Hi,

I tried to make the examples on my win98 computer and get the following
error.

E:\pp\source\lazarus\examples>make
rm -f hello.exe notebk.exe comdialogs.exe progressbar.exe trackbar.exe
listboxte
st.exe
make.exe: *** No rule to make target `hello', needed by `all'.  Stop.

On linux no problems. I made a fresh checkout of the makefiles and also
copied the makefiles from the linux computer, but no go.

Has anybody a clue, what is going on?
