[lazarus] New page design

Greetings,

I have done a new layout for the Lazarus pages. The new design gives
more real estate for actual content. It also helps differentiate menu
from content.

If you have done a language translation in the past please down load the
latest english.zip file

and make the changes where needed. Several new menus items have been
added along with some page content changes.
