[lazarus] How do I compile Lazarus

Make sure you follow the HOWTO on the web site.

Basically you need to get ppc386 installed and then make lazarus using the makefiel provided.

Have you followed the HOW-TO up to this point?

I have downloaded the source of Lazarus, but I don't know how to compile it.
I am using Windows 2000. I also have the Free Pascal compiler, which I have
installed successfully.

Is there no compiled version available for download?
