Hey everybody,

I've been on a work-imposed leave from the Lazarus project.  I'm hoping that I can get back to working on it.  However if I am going to do that I think that we need to get a bit (alot) more organized.  

We need to track things that we want to do, the order they need to be done and who's doing them.

Currently we all are simply doing whatever we feel like it.  I think we need to get organized otherwise this project could start to fall by the wayside.

Anyone have suggestions on how to do this?  We should set something up on a web site and perhaps every week or two get a developer chat going to discuss issues, etc....

Thoughts?
