[lazarus] Internal compiler error

hello all,

   i have still problems during compiling lazarus.

Compiler-Output:

Compiling mwpassyn.pas
Panic : Internal compiler error, exiting.
mwpassyn.pas(395,39) Fatal: Internal error 9999

the first try was to clean all ppu, o, lnx  -- no help 

then i cleaned the complete lazarus directory. (delete dir and get new cvs-snapshot). --
 no help

i am working with the latest compiler version (cvs-version) -- is this the problem ?

what else can i try ?
