[lazarus] Problems solved with the units Forms and GTK

Hi,

The problem with the units
(http://www.freepascal.org/bugs/showrec.php3?ID=1164) Forms and GTK had
to that the packages to develop were not installed.

For SuSE Linux (I do not know for others):
In addition to packages GTK and forms, the packages of development are
due to install.
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/6.4/suse/pay1/xformsd.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/6.4/suse/gra2/gtkdev.rpm

Now Lazarus is seen better.

If the report is modified, would be of aid for others.
