[lazarus] CVS changes and Notebook fix

Good job Marc.
I'll take a look at the fix on Monday.   Hopefully we can fix a few other
minor issues and get something up and running quickly.

Any ideas why when I do a NEW UNIT that the editor only shows the first
line?
