[lazarus] cvs changes

recent changes:

  - new messages LM_GETVALUE,  LM_SETVALUE, LM_SETPROPERTIES
  - changed trackbar, progressbar, checkbox to use above messages
  - some more published properties for above component
    (all properties derived from TWinControl)
  - new functions SetValue, GetValue, SetProperties in gtk-interface
  - removed some specialized messages for trackbar, progressbar &
    checkboxes (in fact replaced them by the ones mentioned above)
