[lazarus] cvs changes

Hi, some changes. Not many to do with mwEdit... I won't make large changes
right not, I somewhere caught the flu.

Changes:
  Fixed LM_CHAR message. 
    It is now after the LM_KEYUP message

  Fixed Menus at checkbox example.
    A question. TMenubar, is this a component of Delphi ?? For now, 
    don't use it. Create menus like in main.pp or examples/checkbox.pp

  Removed references to TTabbedNoteBK (somebody removed the files) 
    and changed it on the compileroptions form. The tabpages work on 
    this form, the components ....
