I mean in a separate zip with only the 6 needed dll's. Becuase we don't 
need all those .a files and .h files.

Packing only the dll's is 855k instead of 1,7mb for the three -dev zips. 
And then you need to find the .dll's in the subdirs.

No, gtk is dated in 2000 already.
