[lazarus] Makefile error

Hi,

When I try to make the lcl I get an error message that tabnotbk.ppu could
not be made.
I supose this is caused by the fact that the tabcontrols are not anymore in
this unit and the unit is no part of the lcl anymore.

I removed the references in the Makefile to tabnotbk in the section
LCLOBJECTS and compilation was possible.

If this is the right way to solve this problem, could someone please fix
this in the cvs as well, please.

If not, what should be done.
