Hi,

just commited some changes:

  - lcl/buttons.pp
      Some cleanups provided by Chris

  - examples\Makefile
      some more examples will be build now

  - examples\bitbutton.pp &
    examples\bitbtnform.pp
      new example for TBitBtn provided by Chris

  - examples\combobox.pp
      new example to test TComboBox
