Hi

Some changes:

  - statusbar.inc
      fixed crash in Create method
  - trackbar.inc
      fixed crash when changing orientation (but still you
      can't change orientation after the handle is allocated)
  - customcombobox
      introduced AttachSignals method
  - stdctrls
      introduced AttachSignals method for combo's
  - gtkobject
      cleanups
