[lazarus] CVS problems again (directory permissions?)

Hi!

Could somebody please fix this:

cvs server: failed to create lock directory in repository
`/FPC/CVS/fpc/compiler/new/ia64': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/FPC/CVS/fpc/compiler/new/ia64'
