It wasn't in LJ.

I just did a quick scan of the various mags and found that in the
current issue of Linux Magazine they did a review titled.

      Free (and Good) Pascal 0.99.14

The content of the article isn't online and won't be available online
for 2 months. I'll try to go out and buy a copy of the mag. and scan it
in to make available for anyone who wants to see it. I'll post a notice
if I get it and it is available.
