[lazarus] Note on all Lazarus installation problems

Hi,

Seen all the problems on using Lazarus and the 1.0 release state of fpc, I 
think we sould review our HowTos (and maybe makefiles). At this moment they 
are all based upon a FPC version we got from CVS (and that we have the 
sources) which is I think not the case anymore.
Today (and tomorrow) I'll start to look what need to be changed to make 
lazarus whithout fpc sources.
