The win32 set isn't worked on lately so most (if not all) Interface changes
aren't implemented (since we moved to the winapi)

The QT set has only a basic IF without an QTobject.

So.... the answer is No.

I think in the future it is passes as an parameter to make or as an
environment var like: export LCL_WIDGETSET=win32
