[lazarus] cvs changes

Hi,

I have added another demo, written by <christer.t.johansson at se.abb.com>. 

  + examples\testall.pp
  + examples\testallform.pp
  + examples\testtools.inc
  * examples\Makefile

It's really a nice example and can help a lot in testing our components.
If I understood right, Chris will continue to work on this example.

BTW: Does anybody know why the lazarus components are that slow? Sure, my
computer is only a 100Mhz Pentium, but that should not matter since other
gtk-programs run at normal speed.
