[lazarus] about compilation

Dear Sir,

I havent compiled lazarus on the linux.
when i make this in the Lazarus directory i got this error message.
Fatal: can't find unit PROCESS

Is there another way to install Lazarus?
Can you explain step by step?
Anyway I shocked cos it seems a nice project for linux developers, thanks.
