I now made labels appear.  They didn't contain anything so they didn't appear.

The components appear in the wrong spot sometimes.  It's odd.  
Select a control, move the form then drop the control and it works.  

Select a control and click on the form to place it and it appears in the wrong spot.
The GETNAME function in TDesignerform tries to get a unique name for that form.
