    *Important*
    reintroduced TAbstractReader=Treader hack to match current
    fcl-implementation

  - stdctrls.pp

    minor improvements to TComboBox

  - customcombobox.inc
    minor improvements to TComboBox

  - gtkobject.inc
    minor cleanups
