Greetings,

I have put Shanes "How to code" document on the web site. It is accessed
via new menu selection. Please check it out and if you find any mistakes
please let me know.

In the mean time the new files are available for translation by our team
of translators. All you need to do is get the english version.

    http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/english.zip

and translate the following new items.

1. New menu selection   (in menu.txt)
2. How_to_code.html
3. How_help.html

Again thanks to all of those who have provided translations for these
pages.
