[lazarus] Object Inspector

FEdit uses a few delphi units like DsgnIntf for TFormDesigner and TDesigner classes.  Obviously we can't use that so it looks like there will be alot of work to get fedit to work with us, unless I'm missing something (which occurs quite often)

I thought we were going to use FEdit3 for the RAD and object inspector.
We have full rights to use it.
