[lazarus] New editor

I just compiled lazarus with the new editor and it looks promising. 
Scrollbars are gone and it has some problems with cursor movement, but 
we'll manage that.

In case you want to try it yourself yust do a:
marc:~/fpc/lazarus$ ppc386 -dNEW_EDITOR -Fu./components/mwedit92 lazarus

given the fact that you are able to compile lazarus with a single
marc:~/fpc/lazarus$ ppc386 lazarus
statement.

I haven't tried the makefile.
