[lazarus] mwEdit Lock in CVS

i'm sorry, but that didn't fix it :o(
i deleted the directory
(rm -R lazarus/components/mwedit.0.92A)
then ran cvs -z3 update -d
(mine was running -dP before, according to the
how-to-setup-cvs-for-lazarus document.)
If you get any other ideas..i'm willing to try them all :o)
