[lazarus] Martin Waldenburg request for renaming mwEdit

Hi all,

If there is a wishlist for better workings in mwEdit now might be the time
to discuss it. Also - if the people who converted mwEdit to work with
lazarus could give us (Martin or myself) a shout with the problems they have
encountered. It would be great to isolate shortcomings in conversion issues
right from the start.
