[lazarus] Error: Identifier not found CREATEPIXMAPINDIRECT

That function is in gtkwinapi.inc.  Make sure your CVS update pulled the latest.  Try deleting the files and do an update again.

 when I load the newest verion of lazarus via CVS and compile it, 
 I ll get an error:

 bitbtn.inc(73,19) Error: Identifier not found CREATEPIXMAPINDIRECT
