[lazarus] Install Lazarus

Please, I installed Free Pascal and Lazarus there is some time, only
that until today I didn't get you make it to work, somebody can give me
a clue of as to install it. Which does directorys they are going in SET
INCLUDE? And which other SET that I have to place, finally a step the
step to install it.
I imagine that my problem is that because when I try to compile and he
speaks that lacks, for example, Forms, and oh it doesn't compel
anything.
