[lazarus] ERROR 217 Again!

I'm On Win NT With the Latest FPC Version And The Latest Versions of gtk
dlls 

When I Try To Run Lazarus ,  I get :   

D:\pp\source\lazarus>lazarus

Info  : I tried A make OPT='-XS' in packages/gtk and copied In Units  the
files...
