[lazarus] Object Inspector

Lamentably these wonders are not seen under Windows and under Linux it is
not wanted to let compile.

If you Click on File- New- Form a form appears and you can see the Object
Inspector will show you the properties of the form.  Not many of them can be
changed yet through the OI but hopefully soon.....
