[lazarus] Make this thing work

I am assuming ppp is the directory of the compiler. I installed the compiler in the directory 'pascal' and my path includes C:\pascal\bin\win32; asw.exe, ldw.exe, dlltool.exe are all in this directory and ldw.exe and dlltool.exe seem to be running. It seems make still doesn't see this program. What now?
