+ a new snapshot of fpc+gtk to compile lazarus for win32 correct.

Ai, we were just happy that we could use a version of fpc out of the box :(
Anyhow I'll look tonight if this solves the problem.

+ for the developers: the filesel buttons are now also working 
+ correct, so no cancel_button assignment for the OK button anymore.
