Dear Sir:
   The steps to install th Lazarus in Windows 98 was:
- Install the FPC 1.00
- Extract the lazarus.zip (15/08/2000)
- Execute:
    make all in lazarus directory
- Execute Lazarus.exe
but report error :
    An unhandled exception occurred at 0x000DF864 :
    Unknown Run-Time error : 217
