[lazarus] Latest 1.0.5 version of compiler

If you are working in Linux please note that you need a recent version
of the FPC 1.0.5 compiler to build some of Lazarus. An binary RPM and
source RPM is available. Please see the Welcome page of the web site for
URL's.
