[lazarus] missing files (Solved ?)(more solved)

No that one was taken care of with the USEENV=1 option. The error I was
getting was the:

Compiling lazarus.pp
Linking lazarus.exe

I don't get this one. Permission denied? What permissions?

I still want to cycle a new Win32 compiler and try some more stuff. I
sort of put it on the back burner trying to get the Linux version
running first.
