[lazarus] Jump-History

Hi all,

I added a jump-history to the IDE. 
Every goto-line, find text, compile, syntax check and code-completion will add the current cursor position to this history. Jump back simply with ctrl-h (or whatever you like in the keymappings).

I also increased the IDE version number a bit to 0.8.1 to reflect the changes. (over 70 fixes, clipboard, hints, hilighting for multiple languages, and many more).


Minor fixes:
- added goto-line to search menu
- fixed trailing blank in commandlines of tools without parameters
  which prevents running.
- fixed persistent selection on jumps (goto line, jump to error, find text, ...)
