[lazarus] Problems with the Hints

When one passes the mouse quickly the Hints do not appear, only the
empty rectangle.
Lazarus and KDE let work, I must press Ctrl+Alt+Fx (to open a text
terminal) and Ctrl+Alt+Del soon (it sounds to Windows :-)
