[lazarus] "Hints"

Hi,

I erased the code in Main.pp for the "Hints" and now Lazarus and KDE
they function well (and the graphic system in general).

If the problem cannot be solved (for now), they would be able to put an
option for activate/desactivar the "Hints" of the main menu?
