[lazarus] kylix shipping the end of Feb...

well, it would seem borland is going to attempt to sell kylix at the end of 
the month.
i will miss borland when they go under.

their pricing is plain nuts (the lower package - desktop dev is 999USD or 
1499CDN)
i can't see them making up their costs on the sure to be poor sales returns.

in any case, it is good news for lazarus! borland may have gotten their 1.0 
out the door first, but i think it will remain standing on the stoop.
